Standard Operating Procedure
Qualify the Buyer - KYC/CIS, TSA/CPA, POF, LOI
Qualify the Seller - KYC/CIS, Procedure, Risk Analysis, Proof of Past Performance
Payment Terms
Buyer - prepare to issue MT199/RWA or BCL, and for monthly delivery Pre Advise MT799 and MT760/SBLC, and for payment SWIFT Wire MT103/TT
Seller - issues a 2% Performance Bond against the SBLC to guarantee deliveries.
Documentation
Once the Buyer is qualified with the Seller, a transaction can proceed
Buyer - Issues an ICPO together with a verifiable TSA or CPA
Seller - Issues a CI for the available products, Buyer to countersign
Buyer and Seller follow procedure to schedule a Lift
Delivery
All fuels arrive to a port CIF, they are transported from the refinery via Pipeline, Vessels, Trains, Trucks, barge, etc.
Fuel is offered CIF and FOB (to the Buyer); CIF is offered to Any World Safe Port
Buyer must have Logistics ready to accept the fuel. This can be a Tank or Vessel and buyer will be required to show proof of Logistics with Receipts and accompanying documentation.
